Tom Thiru

President & Director

 

Tom Thiru oversees the firm’s strategic direction and core operations, with responsibilities spanning investments, mortgage brokering and financing, underwriting, and real estate–related activities. His role includes project due diligence, acquisition and negotiation, compliance oversight, and corporate decision-making.

Tom also manages wealth management and financial planning initiatives, rental property management, insurance coordination, and internal authorization processes, ensuring all corporate activities align with regulatory and operational standards.

 

Aton Simms

Financial Analyst & Director

Aton Simms focuses on private client services, financial analysis, and project evaluation. His responsibilities include consultation and due diligence, project and asset management, document review, and oversight of internal rules, regulations, and operational protocols.

He is also involved in acquisition and negotiation activities, staff management, and strategic coordination across corporate initiatives, supporting both domestic and international projects.

 

Michael Prichard

Senior Inspector & Senior Consultant

Michael Prichard provides inspection, evaluation, and consulting services related to projects and real estate assets. His work supports project due diligence, business and real estate negotiations, and independent assessments that inform investment and acquisition decisions.
